A global life sciences enterprise approached us after multiple timeline slippages in their S/4 HANA-based business transformation. Even though trust towards their strategic partner, a global Systems Integrator, has waned, commitment of senior leadership towards driving the initiative forward had remained strong.
Together with the client, we formed a rapid task force to analyse possible rootcauses for the timeline slippages and define an action plan. Among else, this covered the strengthening of governance, decision making processes and integration management, the design of end-to-end business scenarios to break up silos, the orchestration of cross-workstream collaboration and a new training initiative for a new set of tools.
